生活中常見的產品在送到我們手上之前，都一定會經過入盒包裝、檢測跟印上條碼的生產過程流程。 這次幫客戶規劃一套一條龍的輸送機設備， 當藥盒從折盒機送出時，經過的第一段輸送機 會先透過汽缸進行單邊靠位， 接著跑到第二台稱重的輸送機上，動態檢測重量， 除了可以檢知產品的重量，還可以將過重 或 過輕的 產品進行剔除。 接著來到第三段輸送機，機身側邊安裝了可以噴印條碼的機構，當產品經過這個機構，就會被印上我們常見的產品條碼了， 輸送機的後端 加裝了一組吹嘴，一開始秤重ng的產品 也會在這段被排除
みなさん、こんにちは。 今回はこのステンレス製ベルトコンベアをご紹介します。 今回の輸送物は市販の薬箱です。 薬箱の製造プロセスでは、まずはケースフォーマーを使用して箱を組み立て。そして、薬品を箱に詰めます。 次に、薬箱はコンベアの前端に搬送されます。末端のバーコード印刷に合わせるため、まず、最初のコンベアでは方向転換機構を設置しており、シリンダーによって薬箱の輸送方向を変更します。次の段階では、下側に荷重(かしゅう)センサーが取り付けられており、薬箱の重量を正確にダイナミックに検出できます。 続いて、薬箱は第三の段階、N G判定品を選別し、排除装置で排除します。 前段階の重量計測で重さが不足.または過剰な場合、排除装置によって不良品が横から排除されます。一方、正常な製品はメインライン上でパックや出荷など次のプロセスに進んでいきます。
Products in our daily lives always go through a production process of packaging, inspection, and barcode printing before they are delivered to us. This conveyor is an integrated conveyor system. After the medicine boxes are dispensed from the folding machine, they enter the first segment of the conveyor. This conveyor uses cylinders to align the boxes on one side, ensuring that the boxes remain tidy on the conveyor belt throughout the transportation process. The medicine boxes then move to the second conveyor equipped with a weighing mechanism. This conveyor can dynamically detect the weight of each package. Based on predetermined criteria, if a box is overweight or underweight, the system triggers a rejection mechanism to remove the non-compliant box from the conveyor process. On the side of the third segment of the conveyor, there is an apparatus for barcode printing. As the medicine boxes pass through this mechanism, it prints product barcodes by labeling the boxes with identification information. At the end of the conveyor, a set of nozzles is installed. When the medicine boxes pass through this section, any boxes that were identified as non-compliant (e.g., during the previous weighing process) will be eliminated by the nozzles. Finally, the adequately packaged medicine boxes are delivered to the personnel for sorting and boxing, preparing the products to be sent to the customers.
